Welcome to the Employee Kiosk

The Employee Kiosk has been relocated to the Staff Portal. Login to Oasis/Novell (using the password you use to access your PC each day) and look for the Employee Kiosk image/link and click on it. The Employee Kiosk will open up without the need to login separately. We call this feature "Single Sign On" or SSO, and its function is to reduce the number of passwords you need to remember.

NOTE: Please ensure you keep your Oasis password secure at all times, and do not share it with other staff members.

Important Information

We have implemented SSO on the 29th March 2010. The Kiosk can only be accessed via Oasis, so if Oasis is down then the Kiosk will be down. Oasis has very little unscheduled down time.

If you leave Curtin, your access to Oasis will continue for 18 months after your departure. This will allow you to continue to access the Employee Kiosk for your Payment Summary (Group Certificate).

The Oasis Staff Portal has "password aging" and you may need to reset your password. Or, if you forget your Oasis password, there are various ways you can reset it. See these options below.

  1. Self Service (by correctly answering your secret question).
  2. Walk in to CITS Service Desk (in person, on the Bentley campus with your staff card as ID)
  3. Call CITS Service Desk on 9000 and they will send a code to your Alternate Email address if you filled in this field in Oasis. You can also contact them electronically by email to service.desk@curtin.edu.au or fill in the web form and they will reply to your request.
